Registration

Registration Closed. The conference has filled to capacity and the wait list is closed.

  • The fee for the two-day conference is $300. 
  • Meals provided: breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, April 30 and Wednesday, May 1. 

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations by February 14 will receive a full refund, minus $18 processing fee
  • Cancellations February 15 - February 28 receive a 50% refund
  • No refunds of conference registration fees after March 1.
  • Transfer of registration to another individual from your institution by March 12.
