Sponsorship Opportunities

We invite you to be a sponsor of the annual University of California Academic Advising Conference (UCAAC) and support the University’s commitment to serving our diverse population of students.

Showcase your brand to more than 300 conference attendees from the University of California’s 10 campuses, who are advisors, directors, associate and assistant deans, deans, and assistant vice provosts.

Various sponsorship levels provide opportunities for:

  • Tabling 
  • Promotional materials distribution (in conference bags, etc.)
  • Program and website placement
  • Recognition during the event

There are few opportunities to reach this number of advising professionals across the state of California.

  • Select your level, or email ucaac@ucsc.edu to discuss alternate ideas 
  • Create or sign into your Iris account for sponsorship payment (details below)
  • Finalize payment through your account and start working with our team to meet your needs! 

Creating an Iris Account:

  1. Don't have an account? On the bottom left, click "Sign Up"
  2. Fill in email and password, click "Register"
  3. At the 2019 UC ACADEMIC ADVISING CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIPS page, click "Register" again
  4. Final review of sponsorship levels, then click "Next"
  5. Fill in sponsorship information and select level of payment, click "Next" (note: if you select "Other" for the amount, you will need to click donate to add to cart)
  6. Fill out billing information and click "Save"
  7. Continue to check out and make payment
